Women and girls across the UK face "relentless" harassment on the street and not enough is being done to stop it, MPs say.

The politicians making up the Women and Equalities Committee looked into the issue for nine months and found the amount of harassment meant it became "normalised" for girls growing up.

But it's not only on the 'street' that women and girls are bullied as a report by Dame Laura Cox recently identified. It thrives in the House of Commons.

Today three members of the Representation and Inclusion Committee concluded that they couldn't continue under the chair of John Bercow who comes in for criticism in the report.

Perhaps MPs are simply representative of the nation as a whole, but it would be nice if they lead by example and modified their own behaviour.

The above statement is hyperbolically skewed, ie deliberately exaggerated and therefore should not be taken literally.

ie, it's total Codswallop.

Woman and girls deserve better!
