Identification longshot/Talking Point Number 42

A beautiful garden but can it be identified from the line of houses in the background?
All we have on the back is a standard postcard template and a horizontal rubber-stamped oval containing the words :-

BILL HOPKINS COLLECTION, Kensington Park Road W11 around the inner edge of the oval and NOTTING HILLGATE – LONDON in the centre.

and you thought last week's was hard ;o))
