Identification Longshot/Talking Point 432

  Brumas 21:26 04 Mar 2011

Good Evening All.

I can’t type properly as my head is hanging in shame, my body is wracked with sobs and I can’t see clearly through this deluge of self-pitying tears ;o}}

So, to avoid any possible recurrence I am putting on
A GENUINE UNIDENTIFIED POSTCARD. The back is a bog-standard postcard back, it hasn’t been posted and there are absolutely no clues. click here

From the ridiculous to the sublime ;o}}

I'll be amazed if anyone gets this. The arcadia buildings were almost certainly demolished long ago.

Chimneys facing the wrong direction for that I think.

  Brumas 22:41 04 Mar 2011

I’m not entirely convinced. There appears to be a lack of houses and too much space on the right, possibly where the sea is? This postcard looks to be in a much more built up area.

  Woolwell 22:42 04 Mar 2011

Close but doesn't quite match.

  octal 22:47 04 Mar 2011

Neither am I now looking closer at it.

  Brumas 23:36 04 Mar 2011

I’m turning in Folks, G’Night All.
I promise next week’s will be more organised ;o}}

That metal cigarette vender on the pavement looks quite stylish with it's Queen Anne legs, but I wouldn't have it in the living room though.
