How should Sony apologise for the PSN outage?

  PC Advisor 16:34 13 May 2011

Sony's PSN gaming networking has been down since 20 April. The company has offered to compensate affected customers a free month of premium subscription, as well as free identity theft protection (in the US at least - similar offers will hopefully be offered in this country) and some free in-game currency.

Do you think this is enough? Have your say in the latest PC Advisor poll.

Incidentally, the PSN dev network has now been restored, which suggests the network proper could follow soon. Let's hope so.

Is my snakes & ladders board safe...?

To be honest this is the first I've heard of it.

They should pay for everyone's xbox live subscriptions.
