How much sleep do you get?

Apparently Ministers may advise on how much sleep people need.

General advice seems to be between 7 and 8 hours of sleep is what you need, and it's an increasingly important health metric.

I recommend Why We Sleep by Matthew Walker, which will keep you up at night with its grim reading for people who skimp on their shuteye. Then you will be aiming for 8 hours every night if you can!

Mainly for Brumas

I've received IDG notification that you want to PM me but the link doesn't work. I've also received a "no reply" email from IDG to which I obviously can't respond!

If it's too personal to post here not sure what we can do.

Didn't want you to think I was ignoring. We crabs are much too well bred for that.

Sorry to post what is essentially a personal message, but you appreciate the problem.

Generally speaking it should be 7-8hrs a day to keep our immune system on a strong and stable condition. But as we grow older I think 6-7hrs a day is enough.
