Graphene transistors breakthrough

Our local BBC evening news programme has just carried a report about Graphene transistors, the smallest in the world, that will pave the way for future electronics developments.

Manchester University discovered the breakthrough and is now working on development of the technology. See:

Once production is in bulk form I would imagine so.
