Cover Discs

I do not wish to open the age old argument about whether they should be included on magazines, but simply a suggestion.

PCA kindly provide their cover disks in a jewel case. Those that do not want the disc can simply give the kids a free frisbee and use the case for their blank disks that they write onto. This would save them money by not having to buy jewel cases (I know quite a few people who buy 50 disks on a spindle) and also help to reduce environmental damage as they wont have to buy cases either.

Just a thought and am not expecting any reples.

Toodle pip for now.

Many moons ago, PCA did just that and most were broken before you even bought the magazine. I suspect there is also a cost element as well.

I used to work for a magazine that suppplied disks in jewel cases and they had to stop as too many were getting was a complete nightmare.

When I get PCA in my local Smiths the CD's are in jewel cases.
