when this appears in a post is there a way PCA could fix it so when the mouse curser hovers over the "click here" you see the address before you click on the link, it would be very useful, a lot of forums have it set up this way.

I had the same problem as you, when I first started using IE8.

The solution suggested by mobileman1953 above worked for me.

We've had it set up this way for years - ever since we first began using the 'click here' link in fact.

The link is simply a hyperlink like any other, but different browsers may use different ways to display the link properties.

In Google Chrome you'll see the address in the bottom bar, and you'll also get a little pop-out box by your mouse pointer. IE 8 doesn't offer you the pop-out, it just displays the address in the bottom bar.
