bt cancellation

just dun 18 months contract with bt decided to end my broadband with them i have no contractual commitments now. after they offered me £1 98p reduction and i got over the excitement was told i have to pay a further £18 to stop my broadband ????..... i have to pay them for me to stop using their service .. i have canceled my phone as well now .... will make do with my mobile.

these corporate companies always chopping and changing the rules so that things cost more in the small print and in the long run.

Its sad though bt own every telephone and the monopoly and there will never be competition....

I would never ever used bt broadband i new from the start they are too expensive, i use 3gb broadband and im also using linux instead of mircosoft xp.
