that I shouldn't have anything to do with a company which tells me that:-

The technology's fine - not new, but fine, and there'll be others offering the same service, lots of them.

I havent tried the others. I use Skype and it is great especially with SkypeOut.

i do use msn messenger6 GANDALF <|:-)> although the webcam video works well the sound doesnt work. when i try to start a voice conection it fails with an error (a voice connection could not be established or similar) so i use skype for the audio and also have msn running for webcam video at the same time. all my contacts have the same problem with msn messenger and audio.
