£100,000 a week?

If you were a premiership footballer, on £100,000 a week..... would you take pleasure in giving ,say, a week's money to a good cause?

If so, who'd you give it to?

I would regularly split it between a few charities - I'd never be able to spend all that money on myself, it's too much. Once you've bought your mansion, yacht, cars, holidays etc. there would still be a bit left so it may as well go to a good cause.

I would willingly pass a few bob to a footballing charity. Some of the players from just after the war are still alive and probably living on a pittance. I'm thinking about the ones who used to get the tram to the ground to actually play in the match. But then again I am not a footballer and I don't think the modern ones give a fig about their predecessors.

What an utterly stupid question (imho of course).

Earning that amount of money (albeit for a short career) I'd donate to cancer research click here .

I don't care what anyone thinks, £100,000 a week?

I'm not taking a paycut for anyone.

With all that money and advisor's by the bucket full, I am sure we could find a tax deductible charity ;o)

No-one needs that amount of money just to live on so I would happily donate it to people in some parts of the world who struggle to live at all.
