I WAS JUST ABOUT TO INSTALL WINDOWS XP SERVICE PACK2,WHEN I DISCOVERED I STILL HAD SERVICE PACK1,SHOULD I FIRST PUT IN 1, AND THEN 2, OR JUST 2.

Just 2 see the sp2 forum for varied advice before you do it.

SP2 is SP1 + all updates since and a little more.

Therefore all you need is SP2 and what has come out since last week.

Load SP2 and switch on auto updates

You can get 'Service Pack 2' from click here but I wouldn't bother if you are on dial-up as it takes between 7 and 8 hours!
I downloaded SP2 on my 512kb broadband connection and it took around 50 minutes.
