Could you explain a little better please?

Are you saying you have Windows XP Home and Windows XP Pro on the same computer?

Can you give a few more details please? Do you mean files, or programs? And if possible which files/programs are missing. J.

errm there both on the same computer but on one version there is all my programs on the start menu and on the other none at all apart from the ones you get with windows.

You need to reinstall all those programs that are missing on the start menu.

It does not work like i think you want it to. Where you install Pro and you can then open the programs that are installed on XP Home.

You need to get out all the CD's for all the programs and install them again.

We are both assuming that you have the two windows on different partitions of the same drive, or you have two drives. J.

Ok thanks for your help

Why do you want to run two versions of xp on the same comnputer? If you require two or more versions to split work/home etc, then hyperos would be the best way to go, (probably)...
