XP - new user accounts, setting up internet & mail

I have created a new user account for my wife and son and copied over my favourites and this looks ok. However when I launch the explorer it asks me to dial up etc. I am running windows XP and I am with ntl on their fast broadband connection.
Also can they have their own ntl e-mail address. How do I get this ? ntl sent me mine when I installed broadband.

To add more email addresses go to ntl homepage click here On the right hand side under your account select email options and follow instructions you can have up to 15 (maybe more now)email addresses.you will then need to set up outlook express or whatever you use these new addresses.I don't use XP but i think it should be set to never dial a connection when using NTL Broadband.
