do you use a wireless keyboard?

Most likely you have the pc set to wake on lan, or some other kind of wake on event, disable it in the bios.

Jonny , don't have wireless key board .Santos it doesn't boot while in use just restarts after it has been completely shut down

then as i said, you need to get into the bios and disable any "wake on" events. Refer to your motherboard manual.
