Write On Top of PowerPoint SlideShow

I am looking for a solution of writting on top
of powerpoint slideshow. Basically, I use
powerpoint slideshow in teaching. One thing
I need is to add additional stuff, such as
numbers, formulas and graphs on the presentation.
Therefore, a best interactive activity can
be achieved for students.

Anyone know any solution? I guess TabletPC is
one possiblity. Can anyone try this on his/her

Are there any other solutions without TabletPC?
For example, a normal notebook pc with a
graphics Tablet.

Any info and suggestion will be greatly appreciation.

If you know in advance what is to be written on top, you could use the animation options within Powerpoint to make the additional information appear at the click of a button.

Alternatively, you can write on top using the pen option in Powerpoint. During a slide show, click right mouse button, select pointer options and choose pen. This allows you to write with the mouse - not an easy task!

Thanks for the second solution. It works, although not easy to write anything using mouse, but I can mark on slideshow now.

Now I need to get a good and cheap graphics tablet. Any suggestions? TabletPC should do the
job nicely, but I do not want to go down that route just yet.

Anything by Wacom is good - they make all sorts, for every budget. The A5 size tablets are generally the best compromise for cost / usability.
