Worrying results of SpyCatcher Scan

Can someone advise me please. I have a one week old Medion Notebook with Vista. Yesterday I installed Spycatcher, a programme that I have used in the past one my XP PC. It has returned the following results with the first full scan.

BargainBuddy - Adware
EliteBar - Internet Explorer Spyware
Get Mirar - Adware
KeyLoggerPro - Keyloggers
Media Motor - Trojan Horse
Win Antispyware - Adware

It has quarantined all of them.

How on earth could all of this reside on a new PC and do I have anything to worry about please?

1. Have you run it without protection?

2. Was it a demonstration model in the shop?

Nothing was picked up by AdAware, Spybot etc etc.

And the Trojan are the most dangerous of these...You can get infected very easily if your level of protection is inadequate. What antivirus, antispyware are you using, and are they all up to date?

In a recent tech document, it was stated that an inadequately protected PC can become infected in just 9 minutes!

I'd already run updated

AVG Anti Virus
AVG Anti Spyware

which were all installed almost immediately upon receipt of the PC.

More importantly none of these found anything.

It came with Bullguard which I uninstalled as soon as I installed the others. I'm ultra careful. It also came with other pre-installed stuf.

Can't understand why only Spycather has found these. Are all of the others flawed?

Zone Alarm

Just wonder if it's over sensitive?
