working computer set-up

Ok, i'm not a COMPLETE beginner. i know most of the basics to do with computers, but the thing is i've got all the components i think i need and they seem compatible. could you guys tell me if it will all work and if i'm missing anything. much appreciated.

£13.00 for a PSU i fear the worst for this item...

It has 5 star reviews from seemingly NOBODY...

If I was you I'd go for a better PSU with more oomph and connections for graphics card etc so you can upgrade later. OCZ are good and not too expensive.
