Wirless network with NTL

I have a wireless network which uses a router connected to my NTL cable modem, and wireless USB adaptors connected to the PC's.

I need to set up a wireless network for a friend but their connection is via a NTL set top box. Is it just a case of connecting a wireless router to the box or is it more complex than connecting to a cable modem?

I currently use Belkin products so was planning to use the same brand of equipment.

I don't think it's possible to go wireless with an STB - however, some bright spark here click here
or here click here might correct me.

I was under the impression that you would need NTL's modem. I dare say that it would do no harm at all to try the router directly into the STB... nothing ventured, nothing gained!
