Wireless Probs

Hi all
Ive just added another pc to my wireless network and everything works fine, but every so often the network will be lost and cant re-connect as it saying the password is wrong. I re-enter the password and it reconnects. It still has the password in its memory and is set to auto connect which it does, it just happens a couple of time a day. Any ideas??
Im running Vista through a N1 wireless USB adapter and N1 Router.

Try changing the Channel number in the router's wireless settings, which might help to prevent the disconnections.

Giving the Wireless Network Connection a *fixed* IP address might also help if there are disconnections, because the adapter won't then lose its IP address.

step1 : Try to remove all the preffered network (existing networks) and try connecting to you network.

steps to remove preffered networks,
--Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Select Network & Sharing Center

--On the left hand side of the screen select "Manage wireless networks"

--In the below Screen all the Wireless N/Ws which are in range will be listed.
To delete the wireless N/Ws, select the Wireless N/Ws & click on Remove which will remove that particular N/W. This is the Preferred N/Ws in Win Vista

Step2:try to change the channels on the router. try with 11 or 1.
And try upgarding the firmware version for the router.

Step3:If above step doesnt work, you need to find out either problem in router or wireless adapter.

From the laptop, try to connect to some other unsecure wireless network, if it connects, you need to change the settings on the router. else update the driver for the adapter and connect to your network.
