Hi Please help me
I have 3 computers connected in wired network. work perfectly through a hub.

now I want to use wireless technology. i bought 2
asus wireless cards. installed into 2 computers successfully.

now to connect these 2 computers in wireless network do I need a router??? is it not possible to connect without a router as it is only 2 computers????

any help will be appreciated.

Yes, you set up what is called an "Ad Hoc" wireless network (sometimes described as a Peer-to-Peer wireless network) in which the network adapters talk directly to one another, rather than via a Wireless Access Point (as they would with a router).
