wireless connection issues

Hi guys - this one is doing my head in!!

I have yesterday replaced my old Belkin wireless router for another of the same brand. wired pc to it works fine with no probs in the switchover. i also run 2 laptops through it, which were ok until switch over, however, since then they stubbornly refuse to accept the new pre shared key, and keep finding another one from somewhere. tried removing all connections from windows utility and input connection maually, and they do connect, but when I re-boot them they find this old psk and will not accept the new one until all connections have again been removed and new one input.

Both laptops are identical Dell running XP, nothing flash or very exciting!

Thanks for any help you may have

Hi, This might sound a bit crass, but have you tried ringing Belkin, as you get free technical support from them. I have had experience of using them and found them very good. regards, Mike
