Hello, Can someone please tell me how to wipe my hard drive so that it can be back to the way I first bought it and allow me to reinstall everything again?

Thank you

Boot your system up with the Installation disc in the drive. Boot to CD press any key and follow the instructions on screen. You may have to change the boot sequence in the BIOS to enable it to boot to CD. click here on how to change the BIOS settings.

Firstly i take it you have your OS on disc before going ahead with the format.

Killdisk click here

Or you may have to insert the drive into another pc or caddy and format and remove any partitions that are currently on the drive. This will result in a drive back to how you bought it.

Just a thought,do you have a recovery disc or possibly your OS and software on a hidden partition.

What make/model is the pc ?
Did you install windows on the drive ?
