winds xp microsoft outlook and security settings

My accounts package sends email remittance advices using outlook. All works well but outlook warns that another programme is attempting to send email. I have to wait 5 seconds and press yes to continue for each remittance advice..very annoying. I know this is a security issue but I need to turn this off.I think it is in the reg. edit. Can anyone help.
