There is no such Windows98 file. You have removed a program that need uses this file, and may have left a registry entry pointing to this file being needed. does your computer run ok without the file are you getting a dos screen complaining that it cannot find the file when you start windows? If so Follow the below.
To remove follow these step's closely, go to start\find\files or folders type in the box LFLMB62N.DLL click enter key delete all the entry's it finds with LFLMB62N.DLL in it. Next go to start run type regedit and press enter, go to menu under edit click find in the box type LFLMB62N.DLL and press enter it will bring up only one entry at a time, press delete key then click ok to confirm to go to next entry press F3 and delete do this until you get to the end of the registry. DO NOT TOUCH ANYTHING ELSE IN THE REGISTRY other than LFLMB62N.DLL then reboot your computer
