Windows XP SP2 MBR Problems

Hi,

I have recently tried the Windows 7 BETA which I installed to a separate partition on my HDD. After a week or so I formatted this partition, and then merged it back to my main partition. (Using Acronis Disk Director)

I still get the option of which OS I would like to boot when I boot my computer up. I have been having a look at the MBR file and not sure what to change on it (never edited an MBR before).

This is my current MBR file text:-

[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(0)\WINDOWS="Microsoft Windows XP Professional" /fastdetect /NoExecute=OptIn
[operating systems]

Does anyone know how to fix this?
Any help at all will be appreciated!

Follow this guide click here
It mentions Vista but the processis the same.

An alternative method click here but it may be too late for this one as you have already removed Vista.
