Winows XP installed on Sony Vaio laptop. Get message windows failed to start 'apologise for inconvenience etc' and options to start, safe mode, last good working system, safe mode command promt etc. Makes no difference which option selected still goes back to same screen.
Tried to boot from CD but fails to boot. Tried delete key to get into bios, no luck. Can anyone help please.

Thanks, have copied boot disk to flopy. No floppy with Sony Vaio so I'll see if I can borrow one
