Windows won't let Administrator manage Add-ons

  summer1976 09:36 25 Mar 2005

After installing win XP Sp2 I can't access my stumbleupon toolbar. I have used the "View" menu, "Toolbars" option, I have installed the stumble.exe program and I am the administrator so I have "Administrative Privileges" actually I am the only user on this pc. I also have the "Enable third-party browser extensions" checked. In the "Manage Add-ons" menu StumbleUpon has been disabled and I can't enable it without admin priviliges but as I stated I am the admin. Can you please help, i'm desperate.

Thanks but I don't have any other user accounts on this pc. I have an option for a guest account but that option is turned off.
