Windows Streamlined install

Annoying to have 2 questions on the go but this time it is something I would like to sort out now rather than later and get a windows disk sorted with all the latest patches installed.

I remember the last time I did this that I used a program that produced an ISO file if I remember right that you can burn as a bootable windows disk and then no need to install XP and then spend hours installing the patches. Especially useful when your XP disk is nearly 3 years old! Can anyone link me to the program as I cant for the life of me remember the name of it. I must remember to put it on my software DVD for future use this time however.

Thanks all.
