Windows password problems

  [DELETED] 15:16 09 Nov 2003

I have just learned that kids seem to know more about computers than me. Apparently it is possible to dodge a Windows password prompt merely by pressing Esc.

This I have tried and it is quite correct.

How do I beef up the security of my PC? i.e. how do I stop the little nippers messing around on my machine?

Opps up to 2K and XP have never been any good with security. What are you running?

Easiest way, irrespective of your OS is to activate the BIOS password.
