does it work every time if you select safe mode? hit f8 repeatedly during start up for a menu enabling you to select safe mode

full anti virus scan and spyware scan recommended (ewido is very effective click here) , as well as a thorough check of your hard drive (right click the drive, select properties, tools, Check Now)

yes it does work everytime in safe mode.
I have ran Kasperksy 2006, A2, and spybot search and destroy. It found just the usual cookies. Ok i will check no hard drive.

If it boots ok in safe mode then its probably a driver problem.

Uninstall each driver and see wich is causing the problem.
