I tried to use the snipping tool, to convey the message [i said image instead] on the screen it snipped it ok but i did not know how transfer it to this website. C is G I went where you suggested, this site talks about different parameters to the ones i have listed. I hope this explains it better,I just want to stop this annoying message from popping up

I'd forget about the parameters and try out the suggestions if I were you.

There are no google hits with the parameters you gave - and since neither of us know what the parameters refer to - they may well be different in your system to another, even though the cause is different.

You can't transfer images to this website - people tend to post them to Imageshack or similar, then put a link to them.
