Windows Media Problem

Hi all.
Got a little problem with Windows Media Player ver. 11. I'm running XP Pro and every time I play a file on WMP I get an error message....

"Your device is using an outdated driver that is no longer supported by WMP. For additional assistance, click web help"

I click 'web help' but it isn't any help.

I just click OK and it goes away.

Any idea's out there?
Thanks.

Hi Rawprawn. Thanks for the reply.

Yes, a reinstall was the first thing that I tried. This didn't happen until I installed ver. 11. All was OK with ver. 10 and I don't really want to go back to the old version.

I have read of quite a number of cases where users had problems with version 11. All resolved when they went back to version 10.

Thanks for that Raven.
I tried that but all still the same. Looks like I'll have to put up and shut up.
