Windows Media Player Files to DVD-R

Can someone tell me how to transfer WMA to DVD-R.

I have drag and dropped the files onto a DVD-RW which works fine, but not when I do it with DVD-R.

Can i watch the dvd on a normal dvd player or do i have to convert the files???

thanks again

I am not sure but this will bump you up the list!

For what it's worth for the files to play on a stand alone DVD player I think you will have to convert them!

You will have to convert the wma files by using nero or similar, in nero for instance you can make a vcd/svcd or dvd film by importing the files and converting. Depending on the size it can several (if not more) hours tho. Do a google for more help in converting file formats
