I recently upgraded my Media Player to number 9, and since that date I have no longer been able to recieve streaming data, by this I mean I keep getting the same error message when trying to watch trailers, listen to the radio and use any links found in the player in the media guide section.

I have Broadband and a brand new PC so I know its not due to hradware error.

Any help with my problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thankyou,
carl

You might get a little help if you tell us what is the error message and what version of Windows you are using.
