hi chaps when i click on a link on internet to play say a video...i get an error from wmp saying it cant play it...any suggestions ta

it is probable that you don't have the correct codecs installed.

There's also the Microsoft WMP9 codecs pack that is also intended for WMP10.

By the way you do have all the File Types Enabled in WMP?

The Standard K-Lite codec pack suffices for most people's requirements.
