  [DELETED] 09:52 05 Nov 2003

I am trying to reinstall Easy CD Creator 5 after formating the hard drive and installing a fresh copy of WIN XP Home Edition. I cannot install this programme and always get the following message "The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if you are running Windows in safe mode or if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance."
Please note that I am not ruunning windows in safe. Any Help!!!

Try downloading the "Windows installer" from the MS site and install it. Then when EasyCD starts going, it should recognise the Installer.
