Windows file check

Can someone please tell me the command line to use in 'Run' to enable the validity of installed Windows files to be checked.
How to to initiated replace/repair utility too.

Thanks all. Am getting problem with supplying requested (XP)SP2 disc. I have XP Pro at SP2 standard. Shall study suggested link detailing work-around (but not tonite!).

You are getting that as you have loaded SP2, just click enter key until it completes, thats the easy way
