When I'm trying to install Windows 10 on an empty hard drive (Hitachi HDE721010SLA330), I get this error:

Windows Cannot Install Required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570.

I'm using USB flash drive ISO

Sounds like your installation media is corrupt. Try re-downloading the file using the latest MS "Media Creation Tool". Have you initialised the new drive first?

I've tried re-installing a couple of times and I still get this error

Have you initialised the drive first as I asked above. Are you using the same usb stick with the same installation files.

Yes, I initialised usb drive before installing files (also before reinstalling)

I have also seen a guy say he had your problem because he did not delete temporary installation folders

Yes, I initialised usb drive before installing files (also before reinstalling)

I mean the new hard drive not the flash drive.
