Window Cutting Glitch - Intel HD 520 Win 10

Good afternoon all,

One of our users is experiencing a strange glitch on their machine. Part of the top or bottom of an open window will randomly disappear, causing it to be impossible to click on. It's almost as if the screen has been "cut" across.

This can happen on File Browser windows or other applications such as Internet Explorer.

The user has Windows 10 and the graphics card is Intel(R) HD Graphics 520. I have updated all the drivers to the latest version, changed monitors, changed cable from VGA to HDMI, but nothing seems to work. I've never seen a graphical glitch like this. Please help!

Kind regards, Ian
