Win 98 SE fails to shut down

  Windsor 19:58 21 Feb 2004

Recently, I cannot get Win 98 SE to shutdown properly. It gets as far as 'Windows in closing down' and it then re-boots as if I had asked it to reboot. The only way to exit is by pressing the power button at this time.

Any ideas anyone, please?
