what happens if you right click on it?

if the right click menu works select command prompt admin, type

sfc /scannow

wait while windows goes through its checks exit on completetion and reboot the machine to see if that has cured it.

The All apps button no longer appears in Windows 10 Anniversary Update (version 1607)

apparently... but mine hasn't altered to the view that is shown in screenshot on link, I've still got All Apps that I have to click on to get the alphabetical list to display.
