first try a restart

Start - Power - Restart (not shutdown)

does the problem reocuur after a restart?

if so then right click start - selloct Command prompt (admin) or Powershell (Admin)

type sfc /scannow press enter and let windows scan for and replace any missing or corrupt windows system files. on completion type exit.

see if the problem reoccurs after that.

Try running in safe mode,

When you get to the sign-in screen, hold the Shift key down while you select Power icon > Restart. After your PC restarts to the Choose an option screen, select Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart. After your PC restarts, you'll see a list of options. Select 4 or F4 to start your PC in Safe Mode. Or if you'll need to use the Internet, select 5 or F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

From here .

If it runs ok it might have been a driver problem. Reboot as sometimes just going to safe mode in Win 10 can fix driver issues.
