WIFI printer connect to Windows 10 PC without WIFI

My PC has a direct plug-in internet connection. I have a (I think separate) WIFI router for ipad, phone etc. Can I use a WIFI printer with this PC? Do I need to fit a WIFI dongle to the PC perhaps and run it from the router network? Thanks Brian

you could connect to the PC via a USB cable and connect it also by wifi to the router so you can use it on your iphone etc. as well.

direct plug-in internet connection

if this means the PC is connected to the router by a lan cable then it will work via the router (this is how mine is connected).

Mine is similar. I have 2 computers and Tivo box connected by cable but my printer, Wife's Laptop, Tablet, Virgin V6 box and Smart TV are all connected by WiFi
