Wht Can't I "Drag and Drop" in Windows XP

Hi,

I am using Windows XP Home Edition.

I have recently noticed that I am no longer able to drag program files from Start/All Programs to my Desktop.

If I right click my mouse nothing happens.

I can continue to "Drag and Drop" as normal from within Windows Explorer to my Desktop.

Any thoughts?

try right clicking the task bar then click:

properties/start manu/customise/advanced and tick enable dragging and dropping.
