Im looking to upgrade motherboard, cpu and ram

I currently have 2500 sempron with 1028 ram and Abit nf7 motherboard

I have about £200 give or take to spend and have seen these

£247 from novatech
Motherboard Bundle - AMD Athlon 64 3500 Winchester Core, Heatsink and Fan, 512MB 400DDR RAM, Socket 939 Motherboard

£217 from Komplett
Upgrade Kit AMD Athlon 64 3200+, nForce4, 1024MB, PCI-Express

Seem to be best i could find, can anyone help
If you know of sites or prices etc

Is there much difference between this
£191
Motherboard Bundle - AMD Athlon 64 3400, Heatsink and Fan, 512MB 400DDR RAM, Socket 754 Motherboard
and
£217 from Komplett
Upgrade Kit AMD Athlon 64 3200+, nForce4, 1024MB, PCI-Express

Is it worth paying extra for less cpu speed but to have 939 instead of 754 pin

Please please help im stuck

The £217 Komplett bundle looks the best value for money to me. The extra ram will be of more benefit than the extra 200mhz.
Not sure if there's a vast speed difference between socket 754 and 939, just the latter is newer so it will remain upgradeable for longer.
(I have never upgraded a processor; there's always newer technology around which makes a mobo bundle a more attractive proposition)
