Which motherboard is best?

In my opinion having looked at both specifications there isn't a great deal of difference between them. Both manufacturers have a good reputation for quality products. The Gigabyte would give you more expandability as far as RAM (Memory) goes ie: up to 16GB max. should you ever need that amount.

If they are both available at the same price then personally I would choose the Gigabyte board.
