Which mother board to use?

hello im new to this an got some spair bits lying about and am looking to build my firs system i know they are old parts but i would liker to know which of the two is the best board to bulid on thanks for your help my cpu ia an AMD Athlon 64 3200+

board 1
ECS Gs7610 Onboard VGA and Audio,
CHIPSET SiS® 761GX CPU Socket 754 for AMD K8 Athlon 64 processor

board 2
Asrock K8 upgrade VM800 Onboard VGA and Audio
Chipset Type VIA UniChrome Pro K8M800 skt 754 for AMD K8 Athlon 64 processor

The mobo you need for the AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processor is a socket 939. TC.

the one i have here is a 754 ADA3200A104BX thats the CPU code written on back thanks

I believe they are both of a similar quality. Make certain that you have all the drivers for the board you finally opt for, or that you can find them on the web. Asrock will take DDR400 whereas ECS is limited to DDR333 but you won't see too much difference in performance.
