Which Broadband supplier for me?

I have been looking at Broadband pricing and for my usage the following 3 were thrown up as the best for me. I tried Google for a definition of bandwidth but was no wiser.

ntl: Freedom Broadband 512K Premium Rate 5 GB Bandwidth £17.99/month

Wanadoo Broadband Option 1 1 Mb 2 GB Bandwidth £17.99/month

Virgin.net 512K Broadband Plan 2 and Starter Kit 3 GB Bandwidth 512 Kb £17.99/month

Would the Wanadoo be best with the fastest speed?

Virtually all BB goes through BT. If you are merely surfing you will not notice the difference between 1mb and 512k. I sometimes use a 2mb connection and loading sites takes the same as my home 512k connection. The only way to see what suits you is to ask your neighbours, there really is no other way.

I am on NTL Cable Broadband at 750mb at £24.99 a month with unlimited usage. As far as I know they do not do a 512kb connection. Their £17.99 package is 300kb. Check out this site for more information:

And also wanadoo info here: click here

If you have NTL Cable available in your area I would recommend them.
