Where's all my RAM?

  symphony 19:02 15 Jan 2008

My computer has 4 Gig of Ram and a processor of 2.20 GHZ. However, according to the system details on the computer it is registering 3.24 GB of RAM.
Can't the processor 'cope' with the full RAM capacity? I wonder why it's not registering the full capacity?

Thats Windows XP's Limit of RAM , Not Sure if there is any way to correct this , The x64 edition allows up to 16GB of RAM i beleve
